Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU / Germany)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by a clear statement (e.g. email to info@ecoelectros.com or via our service request form) including your name, address, order number, and decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a delivery type other than our standard offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from informing us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we offer to collect them or we failed to inform you that you must bear return costs. You are only liable for diminished value if handling exceeded what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain sealed goods (e.g. hygiene or data media) once unsealed after delivery, custom-made items, or perishable goods, as listed in applicable law (including § 312g BGB for Germany).
