Information on statutory rights and our commercial warranty for products sold via Eco Electros.

Statutory conformity (EU consumers)

Consumers in the EU benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 (in Germany: §§ 327 et seq. BGB). For goods, defects notified within two years of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise (in Germany, generally one year for second-hand goods if agreed). Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination depending on circumstances.

Commercial warranty

Where we or the manufacturer offer an additional warranty (e.g. “24-month warranty” on product pages), that promise applies in addition to your statutory rights and only under the stated conditions. Statutory rights are not limited by voluntary warranty statements.

For warranty or conformity claims, contact us via service request with order number, product, and description of the issue. Keep proof of purchase.
