Returns

Contact us via service request or info@ecoelectros.com with your order number. Goods should be returned in original condition where possible. Return shipping costs may apply as stated in the withdrawal policy unless we state otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive returned goods or proof of shipment, as required by law.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights regarding non-conforming goods (legal guarantee of conformity).
